The AIC hosts its two-day legislative conference every year during the session of the Indiana General Assembly. During this two day conference you will learn more about the legislative process as well as have further in depth discussions on current issues affecting local government. Networking with other county officials, meeting with affiliate groups and associate members, visiting the AIC Endorsed Programs and state legislators (all 150 are our invited guests) are all important reasons not to miss this event.

The 2026 AIC Legislative Conference is January 27 & 28, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency at the corner of Capitol and Washington Streets and conveniently located across the street from the Statehouse.
