Prior to the Challenge Process commencing, the IBO will host two webinars on February 6 and 8, 2024, to provide comprehensive guidance on how to participate in the Challenge Process. Each webinar's content will be tailored to address the relevant needs of the permissible challenger types, as one will be held for nonprofit organizations and local governments and the another for the internet service providers (ISPs). All are welcome to attend either session.
