The goal of this conference is to provide a wide variety of training that is applicable for transportation providers. Sessions will include: updates to Asset Management requirements, data collection, data analysis, pavement and bridge preservation, best construction practices, best fleet and equipment practices, lowering life cycle costs, and much more. PDH, CEU, and Road Scholar credits are available.

Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A)

Grant Program is Now Accepting Applications

The Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Grant Program funds regional, local, and Tribal initiatives through grants to prevent roadway deaths and serious injuries. Funds for the fiscal year (FY) 2024 SS4A grant program are to be awarded on a competitive basis to support planning, infrastructural, behavioral, and operational initiatives to prevent death and serious injury on roads and streets involving all roadway users, including pedestrians; bicyclists; public transportation, personal conveyance, and micro-mobility users; motorists; and commercial vehicle operators.

Indiana County Commissioners (ICC) Day at the Statehouse: Moving Forward Together
In an active display of collaboration and advocacy, the Indiana County Commissioners (ICC) Association Board of Directors and Legislative Committee recently convened at the Statehouse for a day dedicated to advancing their legislative priorities. With specific focus on protecting local decision making, ensuring access to mental health services, and more, ICC members engaged with key General Assembly leaders to champion the needs of Indiana counties.

At the heart of ICC's mission lies a commitment to providing top-notch education, leadership support, and advocacy services for county commissioners across Indiana. Under the notion "Stronger Counties for a Stronger Indiana," ICC serves as a vital conduit between local officials and the broader state government, advocating for policies that strengthen counties and uplift communities statewide.
