2024 Legislative Conference Information
The 2024 AIC Legislative Conference is February 6 &7, 2024 at the Hyatt Regency  at the corner of Capitol and Washington Streets and conveniently located across the street from the  Statehouse.   Use the links below (coming soon!) to register for the conference and also reserve your hotel room.  

A block of rooms for the nights of Monday, February 5 and Tuesday, February 6 has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis for $132 per night.  Reservations must be made by January 10, 2024, to be guaranteed the room rate.  Reservations can be made by calling the Hotel’s Reservation Department at 317-632-1234 OR 800-233-1234 or through the this link.   The hotel is conveniently located just diagonally opposite the Statehouse.     

The Hyatt Regency Indianapolis has both valet and self-parking options available at the hotel. Day and overnight self-parking is available on an hourly rate currently $39.25 for a 24 hour period and valet parking is available for $43.00/day and $57.00 overnight. These prices are subject to change. Valet charges can be applied to guest rooms with self-parking fees paid via a kiosk or at exit gates. Self-parking is subject to availability upon arrival with additional self-parking available in the parking garages connected to the hotel on Maryland Street at a rate of $24.00 overnight.

AIC Code of Conduct:  The AIC is requesting that all conference attendees agree to behave in compliance with the AIC Event Conduct Policy.

AIC Cancellation Policy:  The AIC must receive written notice of conference registration cancellations by January 19 to receive a refund less a $25 cancellation fee.  After January 19, refunds will not be available and full payment must still be made to the AIC for cancellations and registered no-shows.
